[Healeys] Correct V-belt

Hank,
We may be going down that rabbit hole I mentioned before. Based on the
picture you sent it looks like BN1 and BN2 pulley is for an SAE 7/8 or 28
series (7/8 x 32) series belt. The dimensions of the pulley for the 7/8
belt are:
Effective Groove Width - 0.785"
Groove Angle 34 deg
Groove Depth Min. - 0.709"
Rideout - 0.090" +/- 0.045"
Google "28445 Automotive cogged Belt" and you should see something close.
Since you have a loose pulley may I suggest a trip to a good auto supply
store and see how a 28 series belt fits the pulley you have.
I looked at the belt on the AH Spares website. I will suggest that given
the size of the belt a cogged belt is a better option to more easily turn
around the pulleys. The markings on the AHS belt are a bit of a red herring.
Hope this helps,
Harold
