[Healeys] Radiator cap with expansion tank.

FWIW, our '80 MGB has the cap on the expansion tank.  No cap on the 
radiator.  Ought to work the same as long as the hose between the two 
can withstand the coolant temperature/pressure. There's a fitting on top 
of the thermostat housing for topping off the cooling system.
