By way of comparison, the Toyota W58 fifth gear is .76 and the W59 is .81.   You can move the position of the shift towers on these transmissions to come out within 1/2” of a Healey center-shift stick.  But, you cannot change the fifth gear to change the ratio. Fifth gear is part of a complete different set of gears.
