night book the Saskatoon Inn ASAP.

Hello Fellows

At last night's meeting of SBCC we are still on for putting on
an event at Saskatoon Inn parking lot for the JONAT Tour which
would be a show and shrine and barbie.

We need to know how many are going to participate; the approximate
time of arrival; if indeed it is the Saskatoon Inn (if it is we will have
to speak to them about our suggested event) .  Should be expect the
JONAT group to  pay for the barbie - no decision has been made here
that SBCC would under write the meal.

Any additional information you can provide (and updates ) would
be appreciated.
