Bob, please just tell me where (and how much) to send my cheque. 
Believe it or not I kicked off the year with a couple of heart attacks and
open heart surgery (6 bypasses and a new metal valve). I see this as a major
tune-up in the middle of life: not a bad thing at all. But I'm determined
that in the Spring I'll fix up the "6" (and/or enlist help) and the new
badge will add spiffiness.
