[JAGNUTS] Brits by the Bus - July 19/20

I was looking at the shop manual and noticed that the V12 HE was fitted with
190 F thermostats. That is the temp at which they begin to open, being
fully open at 205 F. I hope this helps.

My recollection of discussions about the Jaguar temp gauges is that they are
quite accurate, meaning that if they show a reading above mid range you are
likely to be experiencing overheating. You are quite right to be cautious
until you know for sure one way or another.

Good luck. Let us know next week what you find out. I'm pretty sure at
least some of us will make it back from S'toon.

Tony
