Thanks Ron ... but no I have not checked this ... how do you check this? ...
it is easy enough to pull off the master cylinder and the pin from the
booster is treaded so I am assuming there is some adjustment ... I didn't
see anything in the manual as to how to check this either ... any
suggestions? ... Bob

Have you checked the clearence between the push rod comming out of the
booster
and going into the back piston of the master cyl. Some times rebuilt master
cyl. may have a new piston that is not exatly like the original. This might
make the foot pedal travel to far and possibly beyond the boosters usable
range. Ron
