[JONAT] command versus control

Bob,

I'm not sure yet.  I just this morning had an email from the first person
who has volunteered to help with this sector.  So I want to discuss ideas
for route, stops, accomodation with him and get some more local input
before making a decision.  How long have I got before you need to know?
Mike - excellent choice!  Port Hope and Quinte are lovely areas.
