It might be a good idea if we keep an eye on developments vis-a-vis the
outbreak of Mad Cow Disease and the ongoing SARS problem. They may affect
the ability of the Tour to easily cross & re-cross the US/Canada border.

It is early days yet and everything will, most likely, be back to normal by
the end of the year but the relevant SC's should keep an eye on it and have
contingency plans outlined.
