[JONAT] Possible Travel Restrictions

Alan is of course correct but it varies from crossing point to crossing
point. I crossed at Detroit (along the JONAT route) two weeks ago with a
drivers license (photo ID) and a birth certificate. One in our party had
his birth certificate but forgot the photo ID. They checked him in the
computer for any convictions, warned him to carry the ID in future and
let us cross. The crossing points that will be of concern will be in
Alan's sector and in the quebec sector (Daniel Thompson) enroute Stowe
VT. Crossing into Canada (BC and Detroit) should not be too difficult.
