Windows has net meeting. I have not used it of late, but I can research it
for you.

Doesn't Windows have some sort of built in internet teleconferencing
capability ??? Has anybody used this and does it work?

Bob

Subject: RE: SC Conference Call(s): - [JONAT] Assistant Sector
Coordinators List Update

Great feedback on all of this -

I was bringing up the conference call idea as a way to keep communications
open for all of us (which is always good).

I agree that only two or three sectors at a time is most reasonable - Too
large a group for a con call with all of us.

( The 1-800 # I was referring to was what they call a "bridge" where as we
could call into a single 1-800 number and be "bridged" together on one call
with using number - very useful for large spread out groups such as this)

The "net chat" idea can be easily accommodated via simple Instant Messenger
chat room - ( most people have an AOL IM address - if not, it is free to
download and you do not have to be a member of AOL to have it ).

To keep continuity as mentioned - a simple "minutes" of any issues that
arise during the call could be forwarded to Bob or Jamie and then combined
at that level then disseminated later.

Brad
