Yes ... I had added an extra day to the Seattle sector not too long ago ...
Gregory is looking to shorten the stay in his Sector (as it is quite long)
by one more day, so if you can use it, we're first come first serve, so let
me know for sure.

Guiltily I have not yet worked out what to do with it, but I have been aware
of the need to fill it with some activity. I have been thinking of an
over-nighter out at the Hot Springs in Sol Duc on the Washington peninsula.
But if you wish me to use another day up, I'll start thinking of something.
Perhaps instead of going through Seattle, I can wind up the Cascade
foothills and then come down Whidbey Island to the ferry across to the
Peninsula. I dunno ... we'll see.
Maybe a better place to use "another" day might be somewhere on the Oregon
coast. It's really beautiful.

Itinerary). The fixed date events we have on either side of these flex days
are the Route 66 run in Arizona (Sunday May 2) and the VanDusen show in
Vancouver (Saturday May 22). So Mark, Hazel, Ron, Jerry, Kerry, Jamie - can
you use an extra day somewhere?

A little help here, fellows. The schedule as presented has people arriving
in Victoria (from Port Angeles) on Monday, May 17. The next fixed date is
Friday, May 21 when the tour should be in Vancouver in preparation for the
Van Dusen All British show on the 22nd. The show organisers will be setting
aside an extra 25 places for Jaguars from our tour; the cars have to be in
place on the field by around 9:30 in the morning, and may not leave until 4
PM. This is a show not to be missed, if you like British cars.
I am concerned now about the 4 to 5 days allotted for the Victoria
segment. The original schedule allows for a trip to Whistler in this period,
but the beautiful Sea to Sky highway from North Vancouver to Whistler will
be under construction in preparation for the winter Olympics to be held in
Whistler. I doubt that many will want to take their Jaguars over gravel, and
at this point it is unclear how much of the highway will be disrupted.
We can certainly absorb a couple of days on Vancouver Island (much to
see), but we do not need 4 days. If previous sectors could absorb a day or
two, that would be good, and obviously we need to know this now. I think
Mark Stephenson said he could use an extra day. Could I have response to
this to aid our planning?
