[JONAT] Total number of registrants as of 3 April 2004 is 55

With the way the registrations are rolling in, I don't think that 100
participants is going to be a problem.  Especially if both ourselves in the
EC and you SC/ASC's get on the publicity thing.

I just checked the JONAT registration info and noticed that there are now  a
total of 55 total registrants (as of 3 April 2004).

This is certainly a significant number, but it sure would be nice to break
100.
