Opinions are like noses, every one has one. The temperature varies from 40 to 
65,  Morning-night 40 ish, 2 to 4 pm, 60's. 
   a warm jacket is needed almost year round, the natives like " fleese" ie,  
sweat shirts, warm long pants are comfortable in fashion is athletic pants 
and jackets. 
   If the wind is from the east its warm and dry. Blowing from the west wet 
and chilly, year round. I have been in Bandon, had the fog come in and would 
have willing mugged a wino for his jacket.
   Like the exotic dancer you can always take off, its becomes difficult when 
needed to put on. Most Oregonians dress in light layers, due to the weather 
being unpredictable.
