Hi Mark

Yes, there are a few hic-ups, and ones we have to address quickly before we
start turning people off.

You have found two of these issues.  We have to reconfigure the registration
site to be more specific with the information we now want to obtain.
Unfortunately it looks like I will have to do this in the short term, so
have been delving into how to put together forms on a webpage.  Hopefully I
am not too far away, and will have something ready for you guys to test for
me within a week.  (And no, Gary Singer is not registered for the current
registration mode).

The second is the toll free number ... yes it is out of service.  I too have
found the same.  I have not been able to get in touch with Jamie recently to
find out what is up, but I'd better get the reference to it off the website
right away.

The friend of mine from Albuquerque has been confronted with silence
from JONAT.

Gary Singer said he registered a while ago, but never received any
confirmation. He said that he tried to re-register and was informed that
he had already registered.

He tried to call the 888 number and it was disconnected. I tried it a
couple weeks ago (after his first call) and found the same.

Is he registered?
