Bob, Mark, and myself have sent inputs from the form so far ... you can see
the results at:

I would propose NOT to publish this list on the web, but it should be sent
out to the individual SC's via direct e-mail (concern over privacy here) ...
likely on a weekly basis. My thought would be that once the registration is
received, and e-mail would go out indicating fees and where to send them to
(copied to the home SC), once payment is received it would be noted in the
file. Sounds complicated ... anyone have a better idea (and we also have to
get a registrar signed up pretty quick-any ideas there?)
