Bob: I have just noticed that the itinerary lists an *overnight* stop in Nanaimo before proceding to Vancouver. This is not the plan. Nanaimo is just 2 hours or so north of Victoria; the plan would be that participants spend Wednesday and Thursday nights in Victoria, and that on Friday, May 21 we procede to Nanaimo (perhaps with a stop in the wine region around Duncan), each person having made a reservation on the ferry, and we take a Friday afternoon ferry to Horseshoe Bay, and then into North Vancouver. Saturday we are on the field for the Van Dusen All British meet (each participant must register individually), and Sunday we hand off to the Okanagan sector, and we start through the beautiful Okanagan region.
Can you correct the Nanaimo bit?
