The payment add-on is getting close. I finished laying out the structure
and function for the files today, now just to type in the code. The PAID
flag will be applied to each user account, and there is a paid-unpaid
report. The system will have a payment reminder e-mail. The system will
log which JONAT agent received the check and when the payment was
received.
Any news about a volunteer to collect fees? 
Right now the system is designed to charge a tour fee for those who
selected 'driving in the tour' when they registered. Once the system is
up and tested, I'll send and e-mail blast to have drivers go print their
invoices and all users can change their driver/rider status if they
choose.
I assume we are charging by the car, not the number of people in it.
Right?
