One idea is this: Users could print out their own windshield stickers =
from a page on our website. The image they print would be like what is =
shown in Bob's pdf gallery. They could stick it to the inside of their =
windshield (or backlight glass) with tape. The user's existing =
registration id number would be superimposed on the image, so each =
sticker printed would be unique. Something like this =

Then at tour time, the SC could look at a car's windshield sticker and =
compare to their printed payment report to see if the car/driver is paid =
yet or not.
