I thought I should bring you all up to date with the Status of the Sectors
where there are no co-ordinators.

Central Texas - a way back we had an SC in Dallas that had to resign due to
conflicting commitments. He had no ASC in place so that left us with a
problem. We have contacted the Dallas club - no interest unless we were a
JCNA sanctioned event. Currently have the Austin and the San Antonio clubs
trying to help in finding an SC.

Oregon - had an SC in place, again no ASC, an he seemed to drop off the face
of the earth (no response to repeated attempts to contact). The Oregon club
is trying to help in finding an SC.

Seattle - had not heard from the SC for a bit so had to look elsewhere and
again no ASC. Here, a club in Seattle is trying to help us out.

Wisconsin - Had tried the Illinois club, and they took some time to say they
could not help us out. Have been dealing with the Wisconsin club for a
month or more, but they have come up dry (so far - I'm still hopeful).

Toronto - same situation as Central Texas, and again no ASC in place. We
have contacted a few people in the Toronto area, and the Toronto club with
Mark's help (Ottawa). Currently have on fellow in Toronto with the Toronto
club that looks promising.

Carolinas - struck out with the Carolinas club. Asked for suggestions from
you guys and did not receive any. Considering alternatives at the moment.

There are two other Sectors that concern me, as the SC's have not responded
in quite some time - Orlando and Quebec. Again, neither of these have ASC's
so there is no alternate contact.

I'll have to make a decision on these this weekend.
