Hello SC's,

What would you all think about receiving and distributing registration
packages for those participants who join the tour during your sector?
You would receive one box containing registration packages prior to your
sector start. 

For our registrar person, this would mean shipping 30 boxes (to the
SC's), instead of 350+ packages (to individual participants' homes).
It should also lower postage costs for all.
