One thing I did forget to mention ... the address at the bottom of the
webpage ... I'm hoping will change as that is my address and I just cannot
take on the extra work of the registrar's role. I am hoping I can get
someone here locally to help out.

Well we've finally pegged the registration fees down. Details can be found

In a nutshell, we've worked up a budget and here's the deal ...
- registration cost $us30 or $cdn40 plus shipping costs. Shipping costs
will be averaged over all participants at $us6 or $cdn7.
- we will be ordering 504 (don't ask 'cause I dunno) registration packages.
- to break even, we have to have at least 320 registrations.
- one complementary registration will be available to each Sector Committee
for every 5 registrations from people in their home Sector, to a maximum of
3 complementary registrations per Sector. I.E. if there are 5 registrations
in one sector, the sixth registration will be complementary for the SC, if
their are 10 then one for the SC and on for an ASC, etc.
- any excess monies collected at JONAT Central will go to charity.
- Sector Coordinators will be on their own for finances - there will be no
registration monies available to pass back to the Sectors.
- the 2004 Tour tag will be a 12x6 license plate sized 20 ga aluminium plate
with the Tour logo, year, and the participant number.
- we are still getting pricing for vinyl window self-sticking patches which
could be available at an extra cost (likely $us8 or $cdn10)
- SC's will be couriered the registration packages 12 days before the Tour
reaches their sector - SC's will be responsible for distributing the
registration packages to the participants, wherever they might join the
Tour.
- registration packages will be available for on-site payment and
registration - SC's will be responsible for collecting the money and passing
it back to JONAT Central for every "spec" registration package - or -
passing the unused packages on to the next Sector Coordinator.
What have I missed ? Oh yeah, the registration form itself. Greg indicated
it would be finalized today, so it's in the final stages of testing.
