How about we simply try a real time chat room? AOL Instant Messenger
supports this flawlessly...just set a date and tie and we log in - done
That way as many people who want to join can - if only to watch what is
being discussed.
Just a thought....
I have tried the "netmeetings" and never really got them to work, we wound
up - yup , you guessed it......on a conference call trying to fix it....ha!

" - I have a problem with this too to be honest - I would rather have an MG
type person on the tour willing to pay his meagre share of the costs of
organizing the tour, than some guy in a Jaguar who is freeloading on the
backs of all of us volunteers.
"A good portion of our membership monies will come from participants that
are in the local clubs - this may create a situation where we would not
reach the break even number due to all of the "exempt" drivers in this
scenario" - this would tick me off royally as I'm the guy who is likely
going to have to spring the $5,000 to pay for the registration packages
until the money starts rolling (well trickling really) in.
Regarding the conference call, in our effort to keep costs down, can we
try this on Windows Messenger's voice service? Has anyone done this and
does it work? ( I tried it with Fazal last week and we must have been doing
something wrong - we got Skype to work, but Fazal does not think this works
in a conference mode).

in "real time" ASAP. Would it be possible set up a call for the NJ/Philly,
Richmond, Georgia, SC's as well as myself - we could probably resolve the
gap fairly quickly -
