[JONAT] Participants Pack

[Fazal Cader]

Not sure on this one. There might be a few who do not want to put such a
large decal on their car, no matter how much one assured them. The
centre-of-windscreen idea was to allow ease of ID of oncoming vehicles so
that they can be directed/flagged/whatever.
