Thought I would pass on Barry's (Okanagan) comments on Alan's suggestion for
rescheduling ....
"Regarding the extra day to be added before Winnipeg, we are taking 3 days
to get from Vancouver to Golden which is ample time. The only consideration
may be that some people may want to take a one day house boat tour around
Shuswap Lake, but I do not feel that everyone may want to do this, so it
still posses a bit of a problem. Perhaps Craig in Calgary has some ideas. We
will discuss what options there may be and I feel that as long as the
participants can meet at a certain hotel in a city, with an overnight stop,
prior to Winnipeg, then there could be several options available to
individuals."

I had the following below from Alan in Winnipeg. He would like to have the
tour arrive a day or two later in his sector to coordinate with an event
taking place in Winnipeg. George from Minnesota has also expressed some
interest in linking with this event as a number of the people in his area
will be attending.
In looking at the event itinerary he sent to me, it would look like if we
arrived in Winnipeg on the Thursday (June 3) rather than the Wednesday (i.e.
one day later), and had a one day layover in Winnipeg rather than zero days,
this would seem to be about right (does this jive with your thinking
Alan/George?)
This effects the SC's planning in three ways:
- Orlando to Vancouver - no change
- Okanagan to Regina - someone has to pick up the extra day, and the
downstream guys have to shift their planning by an extra day.
- Minnesota to Orlando - this shifts your planning back by two days (i.e.
the Tour ends two days later)
Therefore I will need concurrence from the following SC's - wouldn't mind
feedback from the ASC's too!
