[JONAT] A couple of route corrections

This looks like a good plan. I have always wanted to take that trip
across the lake. Two things occur to me:

1) Any chance of a parade lap around Road America? We are
driving right by it. Its a beautiful track. A string of Jags rounding
Canada corner would make a once in a lifetime picture.
2) Won't the ferry cause a lot of delay time for some? I understand
it only runs every 12 hours or so, and if we have a convoy, not all
will be able to get on. And there will be the general public also
wanting to get across. How many cars can it hold? Can we reserve
places?
