[JONAT] Sector Attendance Report

Greg,

    Same here.  When I log in, I it also takes me to the LA sector.  I plan
to start in Phoenix, drive the entire San Diego sector and part of the LA
sector.   So it makes sense that I show up in the LA sector info, but what I
was really interested in (as the San Diego ASC) was seeing the San Diego
sector info.
