Jerry,
The "riding with" info that is shown on the report is populated with the
text that the user (Fazal in this case) adds to their profile to
indicate with whom they will be riding.
At this point I can't make the database smart enough to only show the
"riding with" info when the chauffeur (me in this case) is attending
that sector. To do so would involve a data comparison that is slow and
error-prone.
But I see your point and it makes perfect sense.
I changed the formatting a bit to de-emphasize the chauffeur's name, so
you can write over this with the name of Fazal's LA sector chauffeur (or
chauffeuse if Fazal is lucky!)

Good job.
Two things:
1. On the tour, we will have minimal "herding" responsibilities, as
this is
a self-guided tour. But we SCs and ASCs will probably be wise to
contact
all our drivers once a day at least by cellphone to make sure nothing
has gone wrong, that people are not lost, etc. Also, drivers will want
to
contact us if something does go wrong. So I think we need a report
(maybe this one) with cell phone information for everyone.
2. I see Fazal Cader on the SF sector list (Great!), but he is listed as
riding with Greg Meboe -- however, Greg, you don't show up on the
report.
What gives?
