[JONAT] Sector Attendance Report up and running

Greg,

Maybe I missed this, but the Sector Attendance Report does not
match the Paid Registrations Summary chart -- maybe it's just not been
updated lately.

Also, once you get into the site, (e.g. Paid Registrations Summary) 
how can you get back to the Sector Attendance Report?

Thanks for the fast work getting the cell numbers up!
