    I need to have a confirmation from your sector regarding the date of
arrival in Victoria. Wednesday the 19th May or Thursday the 20th? The
schedule has you spending the Wednesday night in Port Angeles and coming on
the morning ferry to Victoria. Can you firm this up for me? The
Victoria/Vancouver hotels are arranged; there will be a dinner Thursday
night at the Fireside Grill; Friday a run to Nanaimo to take the ferry to
North Vancouver. Saturday the All British Field Meet at the Van Dusen
Gardens. Sunday AM we hand-off to the Okanagan Valley sector.
