Why are we not using our travel co-coordinator?? Duplicate efforts are not
needed....
Kim has spent an immense amount of time setting up space for each sector and
trying to contact each and every SC via e-mail - and even going over efforts
to accommodate route changes.
I am not sure why it is so difficult to E-mail Kim before setting up hotel
space - she has a 15 year background negotiating with hotels for just these
types of events...

Holiday Inn alongside the 405 freeway in West Los Angles / Brentwood.

Rates will be from $99 to $119. covered parking. Additionally the rates at
the Holiday Inn in Santa Monica are posted at $139.
I will post additional info when I have booked a group of rooms. I sure
wish I knew how many rooms?
dinner Wednesday night May 5, 2004, will be at the Petersen Automotive
Museum locate at Wilshire Blvd and Fairfax.
