Alan Heartfield and I have reviewed our plans for handoff.  The Minnesota
ASC, George Arthur, will meet up with Alan at the Winnipeg Classic Car
Rendezvous and handle the handoff in Fort Frances.  It's time for more
Canadians to sign up for Minnesota and beyond -- C'mon you guys!
