[JONAT] Total number of registrants as of 14 May 2004 is 127

[Paul M. Novak]

127 registrants now and growing.   However there are still no registrants in
New York (the city that never sleeps??) or Washington, DC.  These are two of
the most populous regions in the world and surely home to a large number of
Jaguar owners.

What's up with that?
