 that's a very good question.  under the present circumstances, we are not going to send our entry in until the tr4 is running and is tested.  if there is a deadline, i am not aware of it.

a credit is no good to us 2000 miles away.

When in your opinion is the latest time to get my entry in.  The HSMA folks cash the check right away and if you can't make it (engine issues) they keep the money.  They do credit it for the following year event.  I have a credit for the Portland Historics form last year (blown engine). How many folks have sent their entry in so far?
 
Just seeking some of your thoughts.
