[Kcup] Kas Schedule

Hi John,

I don't know how to answer this.   RA doesn't allow paddock access 
before Thursday because our insurance only covers us  Thursday - Sunday. 
Joe, do you have a pull after renting all the garages and having a car 
in for Test Day?  Please check and let John know.

Awards: I would like Jeff Snook to determine the Marque Awards and then 
present them. We would like to do those first. Then Kas will present the

Banquet: Typically, Kas prefers a Q&A format and let's the level of 
interest dictate the length. He has a great sense of humor at 
86.....30th of August is his BD.

I see John Houlton doing introductions, as necessary, throughout the 
weekend. He is FOT event chair and is the perfect person to do this.

Hi Joe,

    We are putting a schedule together for Kas. What would you like on 
it and when. Are you planning an auto graph session for poster signing. 
We can do it at the VSCDA tent if you want. Sometimes we do it on a 
couple of different days. We will need him for Friday car show with 
awards. Interview, probably Saturday. Road Course Reenactment and Gather 
on the Green show. Also a 15 minute to 30 minute talk of some kind at 
the banquet. Does Kas have a preference? Sunday he will lead the parade 
lap and had out Triumph and Cup trophies. You can fill in the rest. 
Anything you want to have happen should go on the schedule.
