Sorry Jeff, I feel your pain. I would send the trophies to the Osthoff
as you will pay RA a fee for unloading them, but it's up to you and Joe.
Joe, as of today I have 1 fot member who has volunteered to work on
Thursday. No one volunteered for Friday. Some help please...

I was in Northern California for a wedding this weekend. Was doing some
bike riding and kind of screwed up my back. Hurts like hell to sit (not
too good on a 4 hour plane ride back)! So, a 7 hour car ride to Elkhart
is not what the Dr. ordered for me this week. I'm bummed as I was
looking forward to attending and passing out all the trophies.

I don't know how to answer this. RA doesn't allow paddock access
before Thursday because our insurance only covers us Thursday - Sunday.
Joe, do you have a pull after renting all the garages and having a car

As mentioned before I will be serving on drivers committee for the
weekend, and as a "liaison" with VSCDA for all things driver related. I
will also be running interference with registration and tech to help the
FOT members get questions answered quickly and easily. I will make sure
that our guys have a ready ear and pair of feet if they have any needs.

I do want to find a time for a brief drivers meeting with the FOT. This
would be to make certain everyone is on board with VSCDA procedures and
rules, and to reinforce our driving philosophy, drivers committee
process, yellow flag lecture, etc. I think this is important since so
many of our guys are from places far and wide.

We are putting a schedule together for Kas. What would you like on
it and when. Are you planning an auto graph session for poster signing.
We can do it at the VSCDA tent if you want. Sometimes we do it on a
couple of different days. We will need him for Friday car show with
awards. Interview, probably Saturday. Road Course Reenactment and Gather
on the Green show. Also a 15 minute to 30 minute talk of some kind at
the banquet. Does Kas have a preference? Sunday he will lead the parade
lap and had out Triumph and Cup trophies. You can fill in the rest.
Anything you want to have happen should go on the schedule.
