[Land-speed] Scrape prices.... Kind of LSR

I've heard "heavy, clean" steel (no sheetstock or "dirty" metal) is getting 
about $250/ton ($0.12 per pound) 'round these parts.  I guess China is using 
up all the metal they can get, in particular steel and copper.
