All officers and 13 Members in Attendance 

Announcements:

Thanks to all who attended the Latrobe Airport carshow.  About 10 to 15 cars attended.  The Club would like to thank Todd Wassel for organizingthis event.

Agenda:

Upcoming Events

·        Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix

o  British car day at the Vintage Grand Prix 

§ Discussion on participation at the event.

§ Carpool option.

·        Meet at Lamplighter between 8:00 to 9:00am

·        Ken will send out an email to see who’s going

 

o  Other upcoming Grand Prix events

§ Walnut Street Invitational Car Show, Mondaynight, July 14th

§ Waterfront Car Cruise Tuesday night July 15th

§ Southside Works Tune-up Party, Wednesday, July16th

§ Countryside Tour Thursday July 17th morning.

·        Club will send out email and post eventinformation on Facebook.

·        Asking for volunteers to help John with thisevent.

 

·        Annual Octoberfest Show

o  Date and Location – Saturday, October 11that Mt. Odin, Greensburg.

o  Megan Smith Pavilion has been reserved for theevent.

o  Options for food and entertainment.

§ Food truck

§ Local band

o  Approximately 100 cars can be accommodated forthe event.

o  Proposing a $20 entry fee to cover costs.  Entry will be first come first served basedon pre-registration.

o  Looking at the option to offer a combined showfee/membership fee to encourage new members to sign up at the show.

o  We will put out invitations to the other BritishCar clubs in the area including the MG, Jaguar, and Western PA Triumph Owners. 

o  Notifications and details to be published on Facebook.

 

·        Hartwood show 28th

o  Currently still in planning

o  Jack Terrick is going to meet with the JaguarClub and Hartwood organizers in August to go over details and put together theentry form for this year.  It will bebasically the same as last year but possible with additional restrictions onparking in the lawn areas

 

·        Christmas Party

o  Kicked off discussion for this year’s party

o  No detailed plans as yet.
