[Lhbcc] May Meeting Notes & Elections

Greetings LHBCC Members,

Great turnout for the May meeting, as the weather was decent and many members brought their cars out. Thanks to all who attended.

During the meeting we covered some upcoming events, so be sure to check out the events listings on the webpage (https://lhbritishcarclub.org/club-events <https://lhbritishcarclub.org/club-events>). 

We also took nominations for club elections. Additional nominations will be accepted through Wednesday May 21. If you would like to nominate a member, or yourself, for the offices of President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary, please email David Gilbert (david at infinitefx.com <mailto:david at infinitefx.com>) and Ken Patterson (kjpcarnut at gmail.com <mailto:kjpcarnut at gmail.com>) by May 21. On May 28 the list of candidates will be emailed to the club. If you are unable to attend the June meeting on June 4, you may cast your vote for each office by emailing David Gilbert and Ken Patterson no later than Tuesday June 3. Those members in attendance on June 4 will cast their vote at the meeting.

I (David Gilbert) was nominated for VP at the meeting, but have since decided to decline that nomination and I have removed my name from the list. I appreciate the consideration.
