>From the meeting this past week, this topic was pretty much DOA and only
one or two members expressed interest in it. But here is info from the WPTA
if anyone is planning on attending to meet up with these guys -

The Carlisle Import & Performance Nationals 2026

scheduled for *May 15-16, 2026*, at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds, showcasing
thousands of imported and performance vehicles, featuring autocross,
drifting, a large flea market, car corral, and manufacturer displays, with
online tickets and registration available from Carlisle Events

Also, when you “register”, please register your vehicle thru the Central Pa
Triumph Club. This will give the Central Pa Triumph Club a “free tent” in
2027. Club Members will know that the Central Pa Triumph Club affords us
parking in their “area”, which keeps our Triumphs all together. PS… They
also serve a nice lunch.



For Wedge Owners, (TR 7/8) the Wedge Owners Group will once again have
their own area. So, if you own a Wedge, please register under the Wedge
Owners Group or TWOA.

Once again, I have reserved a blook of 10 rooms for the Club at the
Appalachian Hotel.



1825 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, Pa. 17015, (717) 706-3862 All rooms are
“double beds”, and the room rate is $ 125 + tax. ***The deadline to reserve
a room is April 15TH, 2026***



Reservations can be made by calling the front desk agents at (717)
966-1261. If you call the hotel, you need to reserve your room under
Western Pennsylvania Triumphs. ***Unfortunately, they cannot do a rooming
list like last year as they must have a credit card on file to reserve the
rooms***



Remember, WPTA owns 3 spaces, C-67, 68 & 69, for all members to display and
sell parts. So come, bring some stuff to sell, drink some beer and enjoy!
