[Mg-mmm] Pa wiring

I have received my PA wiring harness from Autosparks.  I have attached
pictures.  I was wondering if anyone could tell me the proper path of the main
harness as well as what the other shorter sections are for.  I know that one
is from the gages to the firewall.  The main harness seems awfully long.  The
harness I am replacing came down from the junction box to the front of the car
(feeding the one headlight) across under the radiator (feeding the other
headlight) then back to the brake switch then to the rear.  I understand this
path is incorrect .  I realize it seems like an elementary question but I want
to get it right.  Thanks for all the help.
