Many thanks for your enquiry. The reason the U.S. is not included in the drop
down is I prefer to explain to buyers about a cost factor in to the U.S.
There is a security surcharge cost of A$9 on parcels over 500 grams which
applies to no other country.
To ensure potential readers in the U.S. are not prohibited from purchasing, I
have drastically cut the price of the book itself to barely above cost.
Therefore the breakdown is as follows:
Book cost    $27
Postage       $24
Surcharge    $9
Total            $60  Australian


If the payment is paid via a bank, I have an international transfer fee of
A$25 deducted.
Therefore Paypal is the most viable method.
If you decide to go with this, send the money to   jmvreaburn at hotmail.com
which is the Paypal link I use.
If this is not suitable, let me know.
Also, let me know your full mailing address of course.
