The best current deal I found is the 165s from Nexen. The additional benefit
is they are inexpensive ($50 - $60) and are an 80 profile.

Tire Rack no longer catties the Kumho PowerStars in 15 inch sizes 
(155/80R13, 185/70R13, 175/65R14, 205/70R14 only)

They no longer carry any 165/80R15 tires.  I believe Kumho stopped 
importing that size, though they are still available from some suppliers.

Other sources (I've never purchased from any of these)

Kumho 758s for $55.47 plus shipping; Nankang's for $43.31
