[Mg-t] clutch rod frustrations

I replaced my clutch rod with the cable. I think the cable gives much better 
clutch control. With the rod, movement of the engine can affect the 
engagement of the clutch. This can cause the clutch to grab and stall the 
engine or squeal the tires when taking off in first. Good, stiff engine 
mounts will minimize this effect, but not totally eliminate it.
