You might consider putting felt weather-stripping (for around windows – hardware stores & home centers sell it – at least up north here) on the header rail instead of the foam that probably came with your kit.  I’ve heard a number of people complain that the foam compresses after time and fails to seal.  I used felt on my TD header rail when restoring it 40 years ago and it still does not leak at the top of the windscreen (through the bolt holes, yes, but not at the top!—and it’s still the same top).
