[Mgs] Wire wheels

What's a spoke wrench run?  A buck two- fifty?  Come to Delaware and I'll 
let you use mine.  What other 'bike' tools do you need?  Besides it's easy 
with those squiggly spokes.  Now weaving those 3/16" stainless steel spokes 
is a bit more challening.
