[Mgs] Wheel offset

When I got my brain firing on all cylinders I realised the offset wouldn't 
*need* to change with different wheel widths, which makes my 27mm Rostyles 
curious to say the least.  Maybe the quoted 22mm was measured/calculated 
wrongly somewhere long ago and has been repeated ad nauseum ever since.
