[Mgs] MGB Engine and gearbox reinstallation

Other than the bit about the mounting brackets, I 'm sure it can be done. I
don't know why you wouldn't have them attached -- they're pretty fiddly in
the confines of the engine compartment. But I'm thinking about an early B.
