[Mig] Handle bars

I did away with the grips and weights.

You don't need the weights with bigger bars and a 16 or 17 tooth sprocket.

I replaced the grips with foam ones. The left was a one piece with chrome
plastic ends, the throttle side was a slip on foam cover. I cut off the
rubber stock grip. The foam is so much nicer.
