There is somthing to be sead about keeping it simple. Not too long from now with the kids gone it will be time to down size and relocate

About this issue, I got it made. I rent a small one bedroom house, a 
cottage really. The heat comes from a Sears natural gas heater in the 
middle of my living room. I pay $350.00/month and that INCLUDES the heat 
and electricity!

I havn't had to fire up the heater, yet. So far we got down into the 40s 
last week night.
